This Outdoor Fun episode is all about water. Two thirds of the earth’s surface is actually composed of water, 75 percent of muscles are water, and we need water everyday to survive! Water workouts are great for everyone. If you have arthritis, just had knee surgery or a hip replacement, water is perfect for you. And what better way to finish a day in the sun than a barbecue!
